little juju dresses





here are some little outfits for the tiny dolls. they work up super fast and are worked in rounds from the bottom up. i pretty much just winged these but i suppose there is kinda a certain "way" to them...
i made three dresses out of WW and one out of cotton. all of them are made using a G hook.


Farthest Dress from Left:

With WW
ch 25. making sure not to twist ch, join with sl st to make a ring.


1) ch1, sc in each ch around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (25 sc)


2) ch1, sc in back loop only of each sc around. join with sl st to 1st sc. (25 sc)


3) ch1, {sc in back loop only of each of next 3 sc, make sc decrease (in back loops only) using next 2 sc's}. repeat from { to } around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (20 sts)


4) ch1, sc in back loop only of each st around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (20 sc)


5) Repeat Round 3. (16 sts)


6) Repeat Round 4. (16 sts)


7) Repeat Round 3. (13 sts)


8) Repeat Round 3. (11 sts)


Little straps:


do not fasten off. sl st into next st.
ch 4, sk next 3 sts, sl sto in 4th.
sl st in next 2 sts, ch 4.
sk next 3 sts, sl st in same sp as first sl st.
Fasten off.


Tiny Hat:


(work in back loops only throughout)
ch 2
1) 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (6 sc)
2) ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (12 sc)
3) ch 1, sc in each sc around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (12 sc)
4) Repeat Round 3. (12 sc)
Fasten off.






Second Dress From Left:


With WW
ch 20, making sure not to twist yarn, join with sl st to form a ring.


1) ch 1, sc in each ch around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (20 sc)


2-3)Repeat Round 1


4) ch 1, (sc in each of next 3 sc, make sc decrease using next 2 sc) around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (16 sts)


5) ch 1, (sc in each of next 2 sc, make sc decrease using next 2 sc) around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (12 sts)


6) ch 1, (sc in sc, make sc decrease using next 2 sc) around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (8 sts)


7) ch 1, sc in each st around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (8 sc)
do not fasten off.


Little Straps:


ch 4, skip next 3 sts, sl st in 4th.
ch 4, skip next 3 sts, sl st in 4th.
Fasten off.






Third Dress From Left:


With WW
ch 16. without twisting yarn, join with sl st to first ch to form a ring.


1) ch 1, sc in each ch around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (16 sc)


2-7) Repeat Round 1. (16 sc)


8) ch 1, (sc in each of next 3 sc, make sc decrease using next 2 sc) around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (13 sts)


9) ch 1, (sc in each of next 2 sts, make sc decrease using next 2 sts) around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (10 sts)
Fasten off. this is optional, i fastened off cuz i wanted to make the seam directly in the middle of the back of the dress.


Little Straps:


join yarn with sl st to any st. ch 4
skip 3 sts, sl st in 4th.
ch4, skip 3 sts. sl st in 4th.
fasten off.


Little Sunhat:


ch 2
1) 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook. join with sl st to top of 1st sc.


2) ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (16 sc)


3-5) ch 1, sc in each sc around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (16 sc)


6) ch 3, dc in same st as joining. 2 dc in each sc around. join with sl st to top of 1st ch3. (32 dc)
Fasten off.






Farthest Dress to the Right:


With Cotton
ch 25. without twisting yarn, join with sl st to 1st ch to form a ring.


1) ch 1, sc in each ch around. join with sl st to top of 1st sc. (25 sc)


2) ch 3 (counts as hdc+ch1). sk 1 sc, hdc in next. (ch1, sk 1 sc, hdc in next) around. join with sl st to 2nd ch of 1st ch3. (13 hdc, 12 ch1 spaces)


3) ch1, sk 1st hdc. sc in each ch1 space, skipping the hdc's. join with sl st to top of 1st sc which is NOT the first ch1). (13 sc)


4) Repeat Round 2. (7 hdc, 6 ch1 spaces)


5) Repeat Round 3. (7 sc)
do not fasten off.


Little Straps:


ch 5, sk 2 sts, sl st in 3rd.
ch 5, sk 2 sts, sl st in 3rd.
Fasten off.
